Serious As A Denver Heart Attack - The Best Radio You Have Never Heard Vol. 63

NEW FOR JUNE 1, 2007

People don't want eclectic. It's a terrible idea.
What with the great choices offered by traditional music radio, based on research by the suits upstairs. No need to touch that dial. Feast on the never ending swill of ubiquity.
The Paris Hilton record was a smash. And who doesn't love the Black Eyed Peas ?
Isn't the new Lindsay Lohan album out soon ?
Bravo . . .

Right on, Perry! Stick it to 'em and turn it a little for me! Two decades of destroying FM, and then they want 99c for the same songs that they wouldn't play for you in the first place because (apparently) they weren't popular enough. F--- 'em!

I laughed when Elvis Costello came on. Reminded me of that classic SNL clip.

Was that DJ from Denver? My brother lives out there. I'll have to ask him if he sounds familiar.

Hey, you forgot Around The Dial by the Kinks. Not anti-radio, but a good rockin' song on the topic nonetheless.

Keep doing it to them, buddy. I'm a believer.

And everybody knows that there are a lot of things to do in Denver when you are dead, like listening to good music. Another good podcast from the Windy City, thank you very much Perry. Bring back the FM I grew up with in Spain and that I love. Going to Barcelona next week, do you want anything music related from there? Cheers,
